Bicentennial Parade
July 7, 2007 (Sat) - Grafton, NY

Time: Lineup: 9am
Location: Grafton Lakes State Park

Linup Instructions:

Line up will be at 9am at the Grafton Town Hall to the rear of the Highway Garage. The parade will procede west on Route 2 to the main entrance of the State Park. We will march into the Park to the toll booths. The route is about 2 miles and there will be a shuttle to take people back to the Town Hall, or you can leave your vehicles at the end at the winter enterance on N. Long Pond Rd.

  • Take 87 North to exit 7, Route 7 East, into Troy (or 787 North to exit 8e)

  • Go about 5 miles on Housick Street (Rt. 7) until it splits with Route 2

  • Turn right onto Route 2 and go about 12 miles into Grafton

  • When you reach the park, take a left onto Grafton Lakes State Park Way

  • The shuttle buses will be located here, to take you to the beginning of the parade
